New Retail Items
Return your new retail item for any reason for Heart & Sole site credit. Return policy excludes items marked ‘Final Sale’. Returns must be requested within 72 hours of delivery. Site credits will be issued in the form of a e-certificate delivered via email. Site credits will be issued once the item is successfully returned to Heart & Sole in the same condition it was sent. Return shipping is not provided. Please email Service@Heartandsoleca.com and include your order number in the subject line to start the return process.
Preloved & Consignment Items
Items marked ‘Pre Loved’ are final sale. If you receive an item that you believe was inaccurately described in its listing, you can file a ‘Misrepresentation Claim’ and you may qualify for a full refund. Misrepresentation claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery and are subject to review. Return shipping is not provided.
